As the marketing and communications lead at Smithwise, Danya is responsible for building and refining Smithwise’s brand and generating new leads for Smithwise through SEO and SEM best practices.
Prior to joining Smithwise, Danya held positions in marketing and analytics at a few large healthcare non-profit organizations. There she worked primarily on digital marketing campaigns and analytical assessments.
Danya works closely with Mark McAnallen, Director of Strategic Partnerships as well as Eric Sugalski, CEO, on Smithwise’s marketing strategies. Her background in healthcare policy and innovation allows her a creative and dynamic approach to this role.
In her spare time Danya enjoys seeing live music, graphic design and exploring new cities. She holds a B.A. in Public Health from U.C. Berkeley and is a 2017 fellow with Venture for America.View Team
